Commissions undertaken for such properties range from the design, refurbishment and conversion of country houses and cottages to the design and build of commercial and industrial units.

Feasibility studies are carried out and advice is provided on planning issues, procurement routes, budgets, design teams, contracts and contractors. We also advise on planning and building warrant applications, the submission of statutory applications and undertake liaison with the relevant local authority throughout the planning process. Our drawing offices provide a comprehensive computer-aided design and mapping service.

Project Management & Contract Administration

Complete management solutions for design and construction processes from inception to completion are available. We also prepare contract documents, supervise contractors throughout the building process, issue necessary certificates, carry out valuations and arrange payments.
