Burton Farmhouse
Burton Farmhouse and steading was originally a run down farm and steading, with planning permission for 4 houses, about 1 mile south of Ayr. We advised and acted for the owner in the sale of the farmhouse and buildings to a local developer.
We then advised the developer on design and marketability of his proposed development of six houses, and are now selling them on his behalf. Two of the houses were reserved within weeks of launch in 2011. Despite a difficult market there are now only two properties remaining.
