CHRIS ADDISON-SCOTT
Chris Addison-Scott is based in the Stirling and Cupar offices and leads the Rural Team in central Scotland . Chris is a specialist in urban fringe estates and is involved in management and consultancy on several Scottish islands. Chris also has extensive experience in negotiating land deals with developers, including Option Agreements and Joint Ventures. He runs his own farm in Fife .
