Property Development

Employing our skills as planning advisors and project co-ordinators, we provide a service that takes development projects from concept stage through to a completed building, be it residential or commercial. We co-ordinate our clients’ other consultants in order to provide a product which is fit for the intended purpose and which maximises the value in both monetary and design terms. Generally, we are involved with projects ranging in end value from £15 million to £55 million. Development tends to be long term and complex but with greater rewards than pure investment.
