As part of our Asset Management Service, our Building Surveying Department was appointed to prepare and negotiate the terminal schedule of dilapidations with the outgoing tenant and at the same time prepare a detailed description of works and tender document for competitive pricing.
With our knowledge of pricing levels we were able to agree a cash settlement with the outgoing tenant which accurately reflected the value of the tenders returned, allowing the client to proceed with the works immediately.
Accurate assessment of the works required, the costs involved and detailed programming were essential in order to meet the expectations of the client and the incoming tenant.
In addition to the above our Building Surveyors also provided Landlords Approval services, contract monitoring and advice on health and safety issues.
