GREGOR HOWITT
Based in the Inverness office, Gregor is in charge of the Building Surveying and Architectural department overseeing a team of four incorporating an Architectural Designer, Architectural Technologist, CAD operator and PA. Gregor has been employed within the Inverness Office since 1985 and has undertaken a variety of major building projects orientated around the firm’s core business of Rural Estate Management.
The scope of works undertaken within the department range from the Design and Contract Administration of small scale domestic property to large scale lodge refurbishments. The department is also heavily involved in the Design and Contract Administration of Rural Estate Building Complex’s from agricultural buildings to vehicle workshops and deer larders. The department also undertakes condition surveys of large scale rural domestic properties acting on behalf of potential purchasers of rural estates.
