JOHN MACKAY
John is the Head of Forestry Department and is based in the Inverness office. Since the completion of his studies at the School of Forestry in 1989, John has been at the forefront of the industry, pioneering the establishment of large scale Caledonian Pinewoods in the North of Scotland in a previous role at Bowlts Chartered Surveyors. He joined the CKD Galbraith team in 2003, increasing his remit to include forestry management across Scotland.
John currently heads a team of six professional and dedicated foresters, complementing his expertise in all aspects of modern forestry. John’s passion for the environment, and his awareness of current forestry opportunities mean his team are well placed to succeed in the new climate.
