MICHAEL FLETCHER
Michael Fletcher is jointly based in CKD Galbraith’s Perth and Edinburgh Commercial Property Departments and provides a wide range of consultancy and professional services to multinational and private clients across the various commercial and rural property sectors, focusing increasingly on the Utility and Renewable sectors.
In addition Michael undertakes planning and development projects as well as a varied array of property valuation instructions and is able to provide development appraisal advice in connection with land and building asset management. Michael is currently studying towards accreditation as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
