New commercial trio boost CKD Edinburgh office
Edward Holt, formerly a Partner at both Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE has joined as Partner and Head of Commercial Property Management. He brings over 20 years experience of property management across the UK and has dealt with various landmark office buildings and shopping centres nationally. Edward says: "We handle a wide-ranging portfolio across the UK and look after over 700 tenants. I am looking forward to developing our business both geographically and by sector. " Kash Bhatti also joins the Edinburgh team as Head of Facilities Management. He has previously managed the landmark Skypark office complex in Glasgow and has also worked as Manager of Facilities for BBC Scotland. Kash says: "Having worked with CKD in the past, I know the standards the firm sets and their level of service commitment to both landlords and tenants- which is what attracted me to this opportunity." Pamela Gray, formerly a Consultant to the commercial property and asset management team, becomes Partner in charge of the Commercial Asset Management Division with responsibility for a variety of Funds with asset holdings across the UK. Previously Pamela was a Partner at Hillier Parker (now CBRE). Pamela says: "The development and expansion of our management business reflects the firm's desire to provide clients with a first class service. This goes from Edward and Kashs' co-ordination of financial and estate management issues through to my focus on opportunities for value enhancement. It is a team effort and one which works well for our clients." James Galbraith, Chairman of CKD Galbraith, has welcomed the appointments as an indicator of CKD Galbraith's ambition and it's burgeoning reputation in this field. He said: "These are significant appointments for the firm. CKD Galbraith attracts a very high calibre of professional and that is testament to the work that has been done over recent years. I am confident that we now have a team to accelerate this growth and make a further impact in out markets."
