Pamela is in charge of Commercial Property Asset Management based in the Edinburgh office. She specialises in Asset Management across the UK , with an indepth knowledge of both legal systems. Her remit covers all the commercial sectors, acting for both owners and occupiers. The objective is to achieve best value and outcome for the client, covering lease restructuring and advisory, investment agency, rent reviews, lease renewals and refurbishment. Pamela has over 20 years experience in this business and was previously a partner with Hillier Parker (now CB Richard Ellis).

- Asset Manager for a variety of mixed commercial property funds across the UK
- Ongoing Rent Review for occupier of 40,000 square foot Grade A offices at Edinburgh Quay, Edinburgh
- Rent Review for landlord on George Street , Edinburgh , achieving in excess of 40% rental increase
- Surrender and Re-let of 51,250 square feet of industrial accommodation at Cullen Square, Livingston, increasing capital value by approximately 20%
- Lease Restructure of 150,000 square feet distribution warehouse, increasing running yield from 8.9% to 10.2% and ultimately increasing capital value by circa £1million
