CKD Galbraith were appointed to design and project manage a proposed relocation and deliver a high quality refurbishment redevelopment project within a tight programme.

The client holds a block of Grade B listed property on George Street, Edinburgh which had suffered years of neglect through being badly managed. As a pension fund manager their brief was to seek long term income security and have the building fabric brought into a state of repair that would last at least fifty years. We were asked to provide a feasibility report on the block.
