Well regarded state schooling is available locally with independent schooling being provided at St. Leonards in St. Andrews and the High School of Dundee. There are railway stations in Cupar, Leuchars, Ladybank and Markinch with Edinburgh airport about one hour to the south. The regional airport at Dundee offers a good selection of short haul flights.
The original part of the Bracklinn dates from around
1973 and was significantly upgraded and extended
around 2011 to create a comfortable and spacious
family house finished to a very high standard. The
extension benefits from a lovely tiled floor with under floor heating and the reception room has a mood lighting system, Sonos music system and full length windows with glazed sliding doors leading out to a the garden terrace.
Internally the accommodation is beautifully

off Drum Road (accessed from Westfield Road to
the south and the A91 to the north), which leads to

Follow Westfield Road in a westerly direction from
the centre of the town passing Wetlands Playing
Fields and Beechgrove Rise on the left. Turn right
into Drum Road and then take the first right into a
shared private drive. Bracklinn is the second house
on the right.
