RICHARD HIGGINS
Richard Higgins is based in the Edinburgh Office and is in charge of the commercial investment and agency division. He and his department provide a range of consultancy, agency and professional services to a wide ranging client base. In addition Richard provides planning and consultancy advice to clients on a number of large electricity transmission and renewable infrastructure projects in Scotland and England.
