Full Time position within Accounts Dept of Chartered Surveyors. The applicant must have good understanding of accounts and bookkeeping skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and sound knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage Payroll is essential.

RURAL LAND AGENT

CKD Galbraith and a top sporting manager have developed a specialist integrated sporting and land management service, focused on providing a top quality service to a handful of the very best sporting estates in the country. We are looking to recruit a land agent of the highest quality to compliment the sporting manager’s role in running some of the top grouse moors in Scotland and the north of England.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of shooting and the complimentary land, human resource and agricultural management required to be the very best in the field. You will have a great deal of energy, the maturity to be able to engage and enthuse keepers, shepherds, and other estate staff to ensure the smooth running and top performance of these world class properties. You will have the confidence to engage with demanding, highly intelligent and successful clients and win their confidence in an exceptional level of service. Your work will be flawless, you will get things right first time, every time and will be working alongside a sporting manager who meets these standards and expects them of others. You will be an excellent communicator, preferably professionally qualified and prepared to take full responsibility for the land management service you will deliver.
