LETTINGS ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATOR
Cupar
A lettings assistant/administrator required for our busy and expanding Cupar office. Duties will involve assisting with all aspects of our high quality residential lettings service along with general office administration. Recent lettings experience essential, along with good IT skills and driving licence / own vehicle. Consideration will be given to both full and flexible part time working arrangements. Initially the position will be offered on the basis of a temporary 6 month contract although there may be scope for the position to become permanent thereafter.

WAYLEAVE OFFICER
Perth
We are seeking to recruit a Wayleave Officer to our Energy team based in Perth . The successful applicant will be involved in the delivery of a wide range of Energy projects throughout Scotland .
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Liaising with statutory and key consultees on Wayleave and Planning aspects as well as engaging with the Public, Landowners and Community Councils at various stages of a Project
- Securing landowner consents for overhead lines and underground cables
- Purchase/lease land for operational purposes
- Preparation of consent and wayleave documents
- Resolve disputes over wayleave rights, landownership queries or tree cutting
- Assessing and settling damage/compensation claims
- Liaise with customers, land agents, legal representatives and other professional staff
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have demonstrated relevant skills with an ability to negotiate and manage wayleaves, actively maintaining excellent relationships with grantors, statutory and non statutory bodies
- Be highly motivated, organised and flexible, driven by successful project completion targets
- Be fully conversant with the relevant legislation to understand statutory and environmental constraints concerned with each project
- Have the ability to multi-task a number of projects at any one time and to work under pressure
The role involves substantial travel and there may be occasions where an overnight stay will be required. A full driving licence is required. Salary commensurate with experience.

FOREST MANAGER
Highland/Grampian
The forestry team are looking to recruit a Forest Manager to work throughout the Highlands of Scotland to facilitate a wide range of forestry projects. Based primarily in our Inverness and Elgin offices, the successful applicant will be required to undertake forestry planning, harvesting and woodland creation projects along with habitat restoration work. Candidates should be highly motivated, well organised and possess strong IT and communication skills.
